What was deleted

• The access and refresh tokens for every channel connected with that platform account, removed from the database rather than flagged.
• Every cached record fetched from the platform under those tokens — profile details and activity data alike.
• Every performance figure collected from that platform, including the daily snapshots kept for month-over-month reporting.
• Every review mirrored from that platform, ahead of the 30-day expiry they carry anyway.

What was not

Posts already published stay on the platform — they live there, not here, and can be deleted from the platform itself. The property management company's own drafts, schedule and campaign history stay in their account: that is their business record, and it is not platform data.

Email hello@leasevelocity.co with the subject “Data deletion”. Receipt is confirmed within five business days and the deletion is completed within 30. The full account-level route is in §11 of the privacy policy.
